DMCA Policy – Lemo Service

Lemo Service respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we have adopted the following policy for handling copyright infringement claims.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible via our services in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a written notification containing the following information:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material that was removed or disabled was mistakenly taken down, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your residence if outside the U.S.) and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification.

3. Action on Notices

• Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Lemo Service will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
• If a valid counter-notification is received, Lemo Service will restore the material unless the original claimant files a legal action within the period allowed by law.

4. Repeat Infringers

Lemo Service may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright laws.
